
Work/Life Balance Series
Work/Life Balance is a series of four short 1-2 hour sessions. We deliver
practical tools along with coaching support for each participant to discover
their own unique inspiration for work/life balance because as we know, change
is hard so we gotta' want it! By delivering the program over a period of time
rather than all at once participants have the chance to absorb information,
take time to reflect and integrate it, apply each piece to their own lives,
and then report back (accountability) and hear from others (inspiration).
As the latest research shows, organizational results and productivity increase
with work/life balance - not to mention that people enjoy their lives much
more.

Even though we live in a fast paced world that exerts tremendous pressure
on us to relentlessly give of our time and energy, ultimately we are in control
of our own lives. When we step back to clarify what we really want in life
and in work, and then make conscious choices in accordance with that vision,
we will create the balance in our lives that we crave. Changing habits and
behaviors take focus over a period of time - so our workshops are designed
for short, informative and inspirational visits to the realm of balance in
life. We coach participants to focus on what they want so they can change
their lives.
