I want to make sure you know how important your workshop has been to me. This is practically the first time in 30 years that I have seen the masculine portrayed in a positive way. That makes me believe your message is as important for men as for women, and not just so men can move 'to the feminine' at work, but so they can reclaim the goodness of the masculine. I believe until men do that they will not be able to integrate the feminine.

Foundational Philosophy
Carl Jung believed that recognizing and embracing both our masculine and feminine
self - including their shadow aspects - is key to building a path to wholeness.
This same idea applies to any team, group, or organization fully intent on
leveraging the power and resources of everyone working in it. Sources of Power
helps to break through unconscious barriers to access the power and energy
that comes from combining masculine and feminine strengths - with dramatic
results.
Research has shown that those who associate themselves equally with both
masculine and feminine attributes have more positive outcomes in terms of
mental, physical and financial success measures. Sources of Power brings this
powerful perspective not only to individuals but also to groups and organizations.
Workshop Structure
Sources of Power is a one or two day workshop that includes a series of exercises
that bring the participants to a full understanding of masculine and feminine
archetypes. These archetypes are used to explore many aspects of human diversity,
especially gender and cultural differences as well as to understand the basic
motivations and strengths of individuals, groups and organizations. Participants
gain a rich experience exploring their own as well as their organization's
preferences and unconscious filters. Through this awareness the participants
determine where their own work is out of balance and what they can do to facilitate
more effective personal behavior, perspective, and ways of interacting.
Benefits
People come away from our program with new appreciation for and ability to leverage an expanded version of themselves. When one only has a hammer, everything looks like a nail. When one primarily only accesses his/her masculine energy, s/he has a limiting set of tools with which to respond to life. The same is true if one primarily only accesses his/her feminine energy. We will all live in a much richer and more holistic world when we can use both yin (feminine energy) and yang (masculine energy) appropriately. The premise sounds simple but along the way are all kinds of challenges because of early socialization and belief systems. The magic is in taking people through a process that can get them beyond those barriers.
Sources of Power is a compelling addition to leveraging diversity in organizations.
It uniquely helps participants see the links between gender, power, culture,
sexuality and business results as well as making adjustments that will improve
the bottom line.
