Jennifer has been coaching executives to extraordinary results for ten years. Her practical yet inspirational approach to leadership development comes from 20 years of corporate experience in Fortune 500 companies. She is co-creator of a number of highly successful and innovative leadership development programs combining one-on-one executive coaching with leadership team development. In addition to providing a vehicle for personal transformation, Jennifer ensures that her leader-clients develop a personal tool kit of savvy leadership practices so they can get the job done!

Jennifer graduated from the Coaches Training Institute Coaching Program and the Leadership Institute of Seattle Executive Coaching Program. She holds a Master's in Industrial Social Work and a BA in International Communications. However, her best training has come from life experience and a keen observer's eye.

Patty Beach

Patty Beach has fifteen years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience as well as 6 years experience as a coach and organizational development consultant. Her work as both an internal and external consultant in Fortune 500 companies has focused on coaching, leadership development, large scale change, strategy and continuous improvement. Patty now coaches managers and executives across the globe to create extraordinary results in their area of accountability and in their personal lives. She is proud of her strong coaching track record resulting in improved leadership, swift promotions, a renewed sense of confidence, energy and direction and successful career transitions for her clients. Her signature is helping clients shift from unconscious to conscious choice, overcome fears, and step confidently into their vision. She is also known for her expertise on gender and power.

Patty holds a Masters in Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and is certified by the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Prior to becoming a consultant she worked as a geologist and strategist for BP-Amoco. Patty speaks fluent Spanish.
